Projects Festival Estates (54 residential condominiums with wood frame construction) and Park Vista (78 units with concrete construction) are currently under way, with excavation nearly complete, and parkade construction started. The next building in Centre in the Park will be called Bedford Estates, with 131 residential units for seniors along with commercial/retail space, starting in early 2006. |
